Payment & Refunds
I only accept PayPal as payment.
You will be asked to send payment to paypal.me/inkedart
I expect all payments to be made within 24 hours of your Commission Form submission unless previously discussed with me.
Refunds?
A half refund will be given if the sketch is finished, and the sketch will be resold or trashed.
If line work has been started after a sketch has been confirmed by the commissioner, refunds will not be issued and the commission will be finished.
All refunds will be given within a 2 week period.
After payment, you will be sent a simple sketch to confirm the pose. After you confirm the sketch is looking the way you'd like, I will finish the piece.
Doing art full-time is my one and only job.
Commission work is my only source of income and my greatest passion.
I take it very seriously if you commission me and entrust your idea in my capable hands.

I live with chronic pain, and it can get in the way of life in general. If I don't get back to you quickly, this is likely why.
Time Line
I will try to get all commissions finished within a 3-6 week period. For smaller pieces, this time could shorten to even within a 72hr period if you are the only person on my to-do list. For larger pieces or specials (such as a custom avatar) the 3-6 week time period will not always be the case.
Please understand if you commission me, you will be a large priority in my life, and I will do my best to get quality art to you at a decent time. Life does get in the way sometimes, and by commissioning me you are agreeing to be patient with me.

When commissioners send payment, they are put on my to-do list. No matter the price or type of piece (unless it's a long term piece such as a custom avi) I will go down the list one by one. I will do my best to keep this list updated for you all to see where you stand. You can always find an updated list on my Trello page. I am subject to jump around the list if I need a break from one piece. If you absolutely need a piece finished in X amount of days, I may be able to offer a guaranteed completion date in exchange for an extra fee.
Uploading Art Elsewhere
PLEASE feel free to use the art you have gotten from me as icons on FA/DA/Twitter/Tumblr/etc, but please give me credit if asked who the artist is.
Please always credit me when you upload my art to any websites, and link either this site or my Twitter. 💖
Edits
If you see something you'd like changed once I send you a completed piece, please tell me ASAP so I can fix it for you! I want you to love the art you get! However, I do not do large edits for free after the completed piece has been accepted by the commissioner and ample time has passed.
(I.E. If multiple months have passed and you have changed your OC/Fursona's colors, I will not edit the art piece for free).
Once you have received and approved the art you’ve commissioned, you are not allowed to do any edits without my permission.
Resizing
I am happy to do multiple resizes/crops for no extra charge, as I am aware that having extra sizes/versions can be helpful! You can absolutely resize your art yourself if you'd like, but please do not crop out my signature EVER unless you are using the art as an icon.

Any sketches/poses rejected by the commissioner will be retained by the artist and recycled for YCH sales or trashed.
The artist reserves the right to reject a proposed commission without any pressure of owing an explanation.
The artist reserves the right to refund the entire purchase amount at any point and void the commission agreement.

Have a furcadia character you adore playing? Want to stand out more in the crowds? A Custom Avi is a great way to do that! Get a full functioning furcadia custom avatar, complete with a specitag. Portraits, custom clothing, custom hairstyles, and custom appendages will pertain to the final cost. I will begin all custom avis from a noble base, unless the character is feral. Note that custom avis usually take at least a month or so to complete depending on complexity. I can add small animations for a fee.

I have been an artist at heart since I could wield a crayon, and have been interested in fantasy and anthropomorphic art since I was 14.
